Thai Design Travel Showcase at Bangkok ICONSIAM River Park, Sept. 18–20
A three-day fashion, craft, and travel event at ICONSIAM River Park in Bangkok. See Thai textiles, jewelry, designer collections, and 10 textile journeys in one place.
The Tourism Authority of Thailand is bringing fashion into travel content with an event in Bangkok. According to the official announcement, Fashion to the World – Thai T’Reasures by Amazing Thailand will be held at ICONSIAM River Park from September 18 to 20, 2026. It is open to general visitors and runs daily from 3:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
On site, visitors can see exhibitions and runway presentations that connect Thai textiles, jewelry, craftsmanship, and local stories with contemporary fashion. TAT says it will present three collaborative prototypes and eight Thai designer brands. For travelers, the appeal is not only shopping, but also seeing how Thai aesthetics connect with regional culture.
One especially notable official feature is the 10 Textile Journeys Across Thailand exhibition. This display shows the regions where the textiles were made, along with artisans, communities, and destinations, offering ideas for the next trip. For those who have already traveled in Thailand, it is a good chance to look beyond familiar cities and focus on textile-producing areas and smaller towns.
Although this is a fashion exhibition, it also works well as a photogenic urban cultural outing. ICONSIAM is easy to reach by public transport and water transport, making it convenient to add to an itinerary in the middle of the day. Because it combines indoor and outdoor routes, it is also suitable for family travelers, even on rainy days.
A useful travel tip is to visit in the evening. Since the public hours are from 3:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
you can pair the visit with daytime shopping or stay for the riverside night view. Based on the official announcement, on-site sales may also be available, so it may suit visitors interested in souvenir-style fashion items or local products.
